Return window
You may request a return within 7 daysof delivery for unworn items with tags attached. Open your order from your account and select "Request return".

- Original payment method (online orders)
- bKash or bank transfer (COD orders)
- Store credit — instant loyalty points
Exchanges
Choose "Exchange" when submitting your return request. Our team will contact you to arrange the replacement size or variant.
Non-returnable
Items marked final sale, personalized products, or products without original packaging may not be eligible. Courier RTO (failed delivery) is handled separately by our logistics team.
